How to apply for the test

Applications must be made in person. We are located at 442 Auburn road, Hawthorn VIC 3122. The IELTS office is open from Tuesday to Friday, 9.00am to 4pm. IELTS applications will only be accepted during these times.

You will need to submit:

• IELTS Application Form and Insert 
• 2 current Australian Passport-sized photos
  Photos must be less than 6 months old. For acceptable photo guidelines please click here.
• your current passport (we will not accept copies, we must see the original).
• test fee

Applications can not be accepted unless all of the above is supplied at the time of application. If you live in Melbourne, IELTS applications must be submitted in person during our operating hours. Application forms are available at the IELTS office or can be downloaded below.

Test Fee

The test fee is:
$330.00(GST-Free) and $363.00(GST inclusive). Please see the 'IELTS insert' below for the payment details.

The test fee must be paid at the time of making the application.
We accept EFTPOS, Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard), Bank Cheque and Money Order (payable to HAWTHORN LEARNING PTY LTD.)

Please note that we DO NOT accept cash payments, company and personal cheque.
